PDSA CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN
DM CAMPAIGN DESIGN
The multi-media campaign focused on the true story of pet owner Arthur and his sick West Highland Terrier, Candy. Through research and testing, we saw that this story resonated well with all of PDSA’s audience types.
We explored various concepts to find the most powerful way to communicate the story, and the most successful was ‘Save a Star’, which became the theme for the DM. We created different versions of the packs to send out to different audiences, dependant on whether they had previously donated.
I headed up the design of the direct mail pieces for the campaign which involved assisting in the art direction of a photoshoot to get the imagery of Candy we needed, alongside creating all the artwork for the DM pack.
